WITLET is part of a family business trading in Witham since 1938.

We are a local, well established, independent firm specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

As specialists, operated by a dedicated team, we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of our Landlords and Tenants, and, unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales as well.

FOR LANDLORDS we offer a choice of two services. Either a LET ONLY SERVICE, in which we carefully select a tenant and take up their references before entering into an assured shorthold tenancy. For those who lead a busy life, or live far away, we operate a FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE, by which we collect and forward rents on a monthly basis and deal with all aspects of household maintenance on a 24 hourly service. We also inspect properties internally and externally at regular intervals ensuring that the house is properly cared for.
