WitLet is part of a family business trading in Witham since 1938. We are a well established residential letting agency specialising in letting and management of domestic property in Witham.

We are operated by a dedicated team who run a busy office with a high degree of customer care.

Why Witham? Witham is a conveniently located market town with easy access to the A12/M25 trunk route. Its mainline railway station is just 45 minutes from London Liverpool Street. Witham is within easy access of all three London Airports.

The towns history dates back to Roman times. In the past 40 years the town has grown tenfold. Nowadays it offers a range of attractive homes with comprehensive shopping facilities and leisure amenities.

TO LANDLORDS we offer a choice of two services. Either a *LET ONLY SERVICE*, in which we carefully select a tenant and takes up their references before entering into an assured shorthold tenancy.

For those who lead a busy life, or live far away, we operate a *FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE*, by which collect and forward rents on a monthly basis and deals with all aspects of household maintenance on a 24 hourly service, we also inspect properties internally and externally at regular intervals ensuring that the house is properly cared for.
