WitLet now offers an affordable alternative to manage the block of flats you live in! We work differently to most block management companies and here is how:
- We will only manage a block of flats within 10 miles of an office of ours! What does this mean? If there is an emergency, we can be there within 15 minutes to assess the situation on the ground an make a decision on the best possible course of action. No more talking to an operator at the end of a phone trying to explain what needs doing!
- We use a transparent and basic pricing structure! No hidden fees, just a basic rate we work to (£77 inc. VAT per abode per year). You tell us how much or little you want us to be involved and we will tailor our service around your development’s needs
- Being local and having our established agency means we have a reliable bank of local contractors who will be able to attend sooner rather than later – contractors that will work round your needs rather than the other way round!
- Communication: While it is a given certain maintenance issues will require updates, you tell us how involved you would like to be. Being a local business, you can actually walk in and speak to a person too (which may be quite different to what you are used to with your current provider). Again, we can always meet you at your property (see point one!) if you’d like and go through our plans to rectify/fix/maintain and aspect our your development
- Finally, we hear so often that the block manager is not doing anything; not collecting ground rent, not being proactive and even not being able to correctly administer themselves! We will position ourselves to ensure the block is more than adequately attended to at all times and make sure, most importantly, you and your fellow residents can rest easy in the knowledge we will be there to offer our professional help and knowledge!
