So Why Could This Be?

  1. People are getting sick of waiting. Brexit has caused a hell of a lot of uncertainty within the market place with the Governor of the Bank of England warning of apocalyptic housing market scenarios. People (potentially) can’t hold off any longer and are moving regardless.

  3. Seasonal Transactions. Combine the above and we could see that, after a long hard winter, people have come out and want to move. Employment and jobs is on the rise which in turn is reflected in the need to move home.

What Does This Mean?

Although UK residential transactions (when seasonally adjusted) have dipped from March 2019, it should be mentioned that the results are provisional and could still be revised upwards. So does this mean we are approaching the time to list your property for sale? Most definitely!
