It is operated by a dedicated team who run a busy office with a high degree of care. WitLet is Witham’s most recognised letting agency and has been part of a family business trading in the town since 1938. Our office is based in Witham and has a real focus for technology in order to expand its geographical service area. Formed as Witham Letting Services, we have steadily grown with a high degree of customer relations towards both our landlords and tenants and are now looking to the future with the development of Online Services for both Lettings and Sales! Owing to our central location, WitLet has constant demand for all types of quality property offering a competitive fee structure.

FOR LANDLORDS we offer a choice from two different sections of services: ONLINE and TRADITIONAL. As part of our TRADITIONAL service offering we have an option of two:

  1. LET ONLY SERVICE – in which we carefully select a tenant and take up their references before entering into an Assured Shorthold Tenancy; or for those who lead a busy life, or live far away, we operate a
  2. FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE – by which we collect and forward rents on a monthly basis and deal with all aspects of household maintenance on a 24-HOURLY SERVICE.

Our ONLINE services give LANDLORDS 4 options:

  1. RENT COLLECTION: This product provides an automated, low cost service that takes the stress of rental accounts away from a landlord while also ensuring all legislation requirements are met.
  2. RENT COLLECT – PROTECT: Our most popular “Protected Rent Collection” package. This product ensures you will always have your rent paid in the event of non-payment while your legal costs are also covered (up to £100k).
  3. RENT COLLECT – INSPECT: If you cannot manage inspections due to your busy schedule, you can always outsource them as part of a package with us! All inspections are photographic and is a great way of documenting your tenancy!
  4. RENT COLLECT – PROTECT – INSPECT: The grandest of our ONLINE offerings – if you have your own preferred contractors this could be the choice for you! Furthermore, maintenance reporting is done online via our website so you simply have to check the uploaded picture/video and decide which contractor you want to send!
