Witlet provides clerking services to almshouse charities of any size, including property management, governance, compliance, financial management and resident welfare. We can offer either full management or bespoke services, priced accordingly.
Our team has considerable experience in all aspects of property and almshouse management; in non-profit supported housing for vulnerable people; and in charity governance, fundraising and operations. We currently clerk for charities in mid Essex such as Witham United Charities and can offer these services to the lower East of England area.
